The Manhattan Center is located in Midtown Manhattan, near Penn Station and Times Square, at 311 West 34th Street (between 8th and 9th Avenues, on the north side of the street).
By Subway
1, 2 and 3 — Take the 2 or 3 Express or 1 Local to 34th Street / Penn Station. Exit at 7th Avenue and 34th Street and walk one block west to 8th Avenue.
A, C and E — Take the A Express or the C or E Local to 34th Street / Penn Station. Exit at 8th Avenue and 34th Street.
N, Q and R — Take the N or Q Express or the R Local to 34th Street / Herald Square. Exit at 34th Street and 6th Avenue and walk two blocks west to 8th Avenue.
B, D, F and M — Take the B or D Express, or the F or M local to 34th Street / Herald Square. Exit at 34th Street and 6th Avenue and walk two blocks west to 8th Avenue.
By Car

By Train
Amtrak, Long Island Rail Road, or New Jersey Transit to Pennsylvania Station — Take Amtrak, the Long Island Rail Road, or New Jersey Transit to Penn Station at 34th St. between 7th and 8th Ave. From Penn Station you can walk west to the Manhattan Center.
Metro North to Grand Central Station — Take the Metro North Railroad using the Harlem, Hudson or New Haven lines to Grand Central Station. For schedule and fare information, call Metro North direct at 1 800 METRO INFO or visit the Metro North website.
From Grand Central you can:
Take a taxi to the Manhattan Center; or
Take the Shuttle or 7 train from Grand Central to Times Square and transfer to the 1, 2, 3, A, C or E trains downtown to 34th Street (walk as directed above).
By Air
If you are flying in, you can use La Guardia, JFK or Newark Airport, and take a taxi to the Manhattan Center. La Guardia is closest to Midtown Manhattan. You can also take a shuttle bus from any of the airports to the Port Authority Bus Terminal near Times Square, and then take the 1, 2, 3, A, C or E trains to 34th Street (walk as directed under the "By Subway" section).
