COACHING PASS POLICY
To effectively serve you, we are clarifying our policy on granting passes to coaches and studios.
- Coaching Passes must be reserved with NAMES by 11th January
- One coaching pass may be issued for every 10 registered students. This pass will be good for a single session and only for the person named on the pass.
- You must have at least one student registered in session for which pass is issued
- Students must be registered in O2CM under Studio/Coach name
- All student registrations must be paid in full when pass is requested
